Abstract

Information about a very complex mechanism of granitoid plutonic body intrusion has been obtained through neotectonic and structurologic investigations of their bodies in the Vardar zone. The notably polykinetic occurrence is produced first by a classical intrusion, and later by diapiric piercing of solidified plutonic massifs. Diapirism is mainly recognized in Palaeozoic schists pierced by plutons, which have homotactic concordant fabric.
