Abstract

The stratigraphy of Neogene and Quaternary desimentary rocks at Mirijevo, an eastern suburb of Belgrade, is described on the basis of drilling data. The studied deposits are Miocene (Badenian, Sarmatian, Pannonian) and Quaternary. Information about Neogene and Quaternary of Mirijevo is an important segment in the study of geology of Belgrade area.
