Abstract

General character of the neotectonic evolution of Mt. Avala and its environs is presented based on geological and geomorphological studies. Main tectonic structures of NNW-SSE and diagonal of E-W trends dissected the teiTain into sub-blocks of different displacements during the recent tectonic events.
